Understanding why a lead didn't convert lets us recalibrate our marketing campaigns and address any critical issues lost leads bring to our attention. LeadSigma's new lost reasons box lets you capture that why.
Start by pressing the Lead Lost button:

Select a reason from the dropdown list, add an explanation, then press Save:
The Lead Lost button turns red and the lost reason and explanation display in the lead’s communication history:
