LeadSigma is making it even easier to have a conversation with your leads! You can now continue communicating with them without having to log into the web app. Starting mid-February, if a lead responds to you by email or text, you can choose to receive an email containing their full communication (instead of just a notification). Additionally, you can respond back to them directly by replying to that email. Regardless of whether leads use text or email to reach you, you’ll get their message in an email, but if a lead uses text, to keep communication consistent, LeadSigma will convert your email response back to text.
Of course, with great power comes great responsibility. Now that you can receive real lead communications, we recommend you make sure that your emails are adequately secure. For healthcare and related fields, that means HIPAA compliance with respect to PHI and PII. Other fields may have different standards concerning protected or sensitive information.
