Sometimes you can’t keep LeadSigma front and center (we know you want to). Sometimes life makes you open up other browser tabs and temporarily stop crushing it with your leads. Well, if you absolutely have to put Baby in a corner, worry not, LeadSigma push notifications are here. Push notifications are those crisp, little clickable messages that show up in your browser letting you know that something is going on back in the LeadSigma app. Enabling push notifications lets you do what you need to do without missing out on any juicy leads. They'll look a little different depending on your browser, but here's a peek:
In Chrome:
In Firefox:
In Edge:
Once you enable this awesome new feature, LeadSigma will send you a heads-up whenever you get inbound texts, calls, or emails from your leads, as well as whenever new leads from web forms, Google Ads, or Facebook Leads flow into the app!
How do you get push notifications rolling? Easy:
1. The next time you log into LeadSigma, you’ll see the box below (it's a prompt from us). Click Enable. If you happen to decline when you see this message, no worries. More on that below.
2. Second, your browser has its own prompt confirming that you're okay with push notifications. It looks a little different depending on what you use. Press Allow:

In Firefox:
In Edge:
3. If you go Settings --> Notifications in LeadSigma, you should now see all the boxes under Push in Notification Preferences checked. Feel free to adjust:
Easy peasy. Now you can take that Buzzfeed survey with a clear conscience, knowing that while you figure out which Harry Potter character you are, you’re still staying on top of your leads. Awesome sauce!
