During onboarding, you'll set up a number that LeadSigma calls as soon as leads comes in. It calls the number, you pick up, and this is what you'll hear: "Hello! You have a new lead generated through LeadSigma. Please listen to the following details and press 1 to be connected to the lead immediately." You'll hear the lead's details as entered into your form so you're ready for the call.
Press 1 and LeadSigma calls the lead. The lead gets the awesome experience of a hyper-responsive business that wants to talk right away. You enjoy a happy conversation before a lead contacts your competitors.
When your call's done, go into LeadSigma, search for the lead's name, and update the lead's status - Won, Lost, or Pending - depending on how the call goes.
