07 April 2022
We're starting April with three awesome new features:
1) Call transcriptions - In addition to hearing call recordings in your lead communication history, you can now read your conversations. This lets you quickly scan them for key information. Like with call recordings, LeadSigma generates a transcription as long as neither you nor your lead's phone number is from a two-party consent state (telecommunications rules dictating that both parties on a call have to agree to a recording). To find your call transcriptions, go to Leads in the left sidebar, choose a lead, and scroll through your communication history with that lead:
2) Settings interface - We've given our Settings page a facelift! When you click on Settings now, you'll see a design that looks something like the shot below. Take a look around. Like before, most of your settings are pretty straightforward, but we hope the new interface makes it even easier for you to find what you were looking for. There is one big new feature we want you to take advantage of right away, so read on to #3! 😀
3) Lead qualification - Lead qualification is here! You now have greater control over what happens to incoming leads based on how they fill out your forms. You can program LeadSigma to ignore leads with certain names or phone numbers, or to disable call notifications for certain leads, or to send leads to a particular team (such as a certain location). To learn how and see some examples of how to use this powerful tool, check out our Lead Qualification article.
Have fun with your new superpowers, and as always, let us know if you need any help. We're here to support you - reach us at support@leadsigma.com or give us a ring at 913.243.8377. Talk soon!
