Install the LeadSigma App through the Hubspot App Marketplace
Login to Hubspot and select the App Marketplace icon from the top right navigation (the little stand):
If you're an existing user, login to LeadSigma before installing the app.
Search for LeadSigma and click Install App. Click here to go straight through to the LeadSigma app on the Hubspot App Marketplace. If you're a new LeadSigma user, you'll be directed to create an account. Existing users will be prompted to select which LeadSigma account they want to connect to Hubspot.
After the installation is complete, users will be directed to the LeadSigma documentation for Hubspot.
Start using the Hubspot Workflow Builder to Create Leads inside LeadSigma
The Hubspot Workflow Builder is only available on Hubspot professional plans. If you are not on a Hubspot professional plan, you'll create a Hubspot to LeadSigma Zap using Zapier (see our Zapier integration article).
After you have installed the LeadSigma Hubspot App, you'll see the LeadSigma App in the Hubspot Workflow App list:
Set up a trigger. A common one is a form submission. LeadSigma will be the action.
You'll need to make sure that your workflow is setup for every form that you want to go into LeadSigma.
Troubleshooting the Hubspot Workflow Builder to LeadSigma Action
One hour spam prevention
While testing you may send in the same lead multiple times. LeadSigma has a spam prevention measure to only allow one lead with the same phone number to come into a specific team within a 1-hour time frame. Try using different phone numbers for different test leads.
Hubspot workflows with errors
Inside Hubspot Workflows, there's a tab that exposes errors to the user within the Hubspot Workflow tool. Verify there are no errors related to the LeadSigma app:

Validate there are no alerts on the workflow
In the top left corner, you'll see a highlighted Alerts button if there are any issues with the workflow:
Review contacts that have made it through the workflow inside Hubspot
Hubspot has a new feature that shows users the contacts that went through the workflow. If there are no enrollments in the workflow, we recommend reviewing the workflow configuration:
Make sure the workflow is toggled on:
